Client Property & Requirements
The property is a lovely manufactured, single-family home located in South Fort Myers, Florida. It was a great home, but it lacked adequate storm protection. And the homeowner wanted to fix that.
The owner wanted to install hurricane shutters that would protect their home and family during hurricane season. In turn, they wanted to add hurricane shutters.
They also wanted the shutters that would not significantly change the look of their home. Most windows had decorative shutters, which were to remain after the install.
And like most homeowners they wanted the shutters to be fast and convenient to use.
