Property & Client Requirements
The property is a single family home located in the Bokeelia community on Pine Island, Florida.
The homeowner was looking to replace both the home’s existing windows and doors with new Impact Windows and Doors. They were looking for storm protection that would not change their home’s appearance. So they preferred impact glass over shutters.
Also they did not want to have to install anything, such as storm panels or shutters, before a storm.
The Solution: Impact Windows and Doors
The client chose custom, vinyl impact resistant windows and impact resistant doors.
These new impact glass windows and doors will provide strong storm protection and upgrade their home’s appearance as well as its energy efficiency.
For the impact windows they went with white, vinyl frames with no grids. The impact doors matched perfectly with their white frames.
